Meet the Founder

Thread West was born from a love of storytelling through personal style.

For years, I built my business creating custom accessories and interactive experiences through Get Lit — helping people celebrate moments, memories, and individuality through pieces that felt uniquely their own. What started with jewelry, hats, and charms slowly evolved into something more personal: embroidery.

What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into a full-blown passion project. Late nights at the embroidery machine became one of my favorite forms of escape — designing pieces that felt nostalgic, elevated, and deeply personal all at once.

But Thread West is also rooted in something much deeper for me.

Growing up, my mom was an incredible sewer. She was endlessly creative and could make just about anything, and some of my earliest memories are tied to fabric, stitching, and watching her bring ideas to life with her hands. In many ways, Thread West feels like a modern continuation of that spirit — blending craftsmanship, storytelling, and personal expression into every piece we create.

Today, Thread West is inspired by a little bit of everywhere I’ve been — California ease, Nashville edge, vintage influence, and the belief that the things we wear should say something about who we are.

Every stitch tells a story. And that story should feel like you.
